Paul Heald's article selected for inclusion in the Intellectual Property Law Review

Abstract

Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Allen Post Professor Paul J. Heald's article "Trademark Infringement, Trademark Dilution, and the Decline in Sharing of Famous Brand Names: An Introduction and Empirical Study" was one of only a handful of intellectual property law articles selected for inclusion in the 2011 Intellectual Property Law Review, a yearly anthology published by West Group. Heald's article was originally published in 59 Buffalo Law Review 141 (2011).
