Abstract

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein presented a talk on tax avoidance and manipulation under the sharing mechanism at a conference on the European Commission's proposed Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base at the University of Amsterdam Center for Tax Law during June.
