Walter Hellerstein delivers talk on consumption taxes
Abstract
Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein served on a panel of experts that presented "An Overview of the OECD's Work on Consumption Taxes" to a delegation of the Indian Empowered Committee of State Finance/Taxation Ministers and Senior Officers. The meeting was sponsored by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and took place in Paris, France, during September.
