Abstract
Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein has been named a UGA Distinguished Research Professor. Typically this title is bestowed on no more than five professors campus-wide each year. Distinguished Research Professors are internationally recognized for their original contributions to knowledge and their work promises to foster continued creativity in their discipline.
