Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein co-presented a paper on the value added taxation of crypto-assets at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Working Party No. 9 on Consumption Taxes in Paris, France, during November.
