Abstract
Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein was the moderator of a panel session titled "Design Framework for the Future Guidelines on B2C (Business to Consumer) Supplies of Services and Intangibles" at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Global Forum on VAT in Tokyo during April.
