Abstract
Professor Elizabeth Chamblee Burch has published "On Regulatory Discord and Procedure" in 11 NYU Journal of Law & Business 819 (2015) (special symposium issue). This issue also includes her remarks on the Reforming the Consumer Class Action Panel at "The Future of Class Action Litigation: A View from the Consumer Class," which took place at the NYU School of Law's 2014 Civil Justice conference.
