Barnett serves as panelist at ABA's Administrative Law Conference
Abstract
Assistant Professor Kent H. Barnett served as a panelist on "The Constitutional Future of Administrative Law Judges and Administrative Adjudication" at the ABA's Administrative Law Conference in Washington, D.C. during October. Barnett discussed his article "Resolving the ALJ Quandary" (66 Vand. L. Rev. 797, 812 (2013))and its relationship to pending constitutional challenges to ALJs in the federal courts of appeals.
