Smith named president of Association for Law, Property and Society
Abstract
Martin Chair James C. “Jim " Smith was recently elected the 2015-2016 president of the Association for Law, Property and Society at the organization’s annual meeting, which was held in Athens and brought together 141 property scholars from many countries throughout the world. ALPS is a membership organization for academics doing interdisciplinary legal scholarship on all aspects of property law and policy, including real, personal, intellectual, intangible, cultural and other forms of property.
