Abstract

Alston Chair in Corporate Law Margaret V. Sachs’ research contained in her forthcoming article, “Superstar Judges as Entrepreneurs: The Untold Story of Fraud-on-the-Market” in 48 UC Davis Law Review (2015), was used in a petition for certiorari filed by Motorola.
