Abstract
Assistant Professor Kent H. Barnett’s article “The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Appointment with Trouble” was cited by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The court referred to the article as “offering legitimate and serious analysis” on separation-of-powers questions surrounding the Federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s structure.
