The symposium was held at the University of Georgia in the Fall of 2005. It was co-sponsored by the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Dean Rusk Center -- – International, Comparative and Graduate Legal Studies. Proceedings were published in volume 32 of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law (Winter 2006). Authors Jack L. Goldsmith and Eric A. Posner joined other top international law scholars in the fall of 2005 to discuss and critique The Limits of International Law, recently published by Oxford University Press.
