Through three panels of policymakers, academics and practitioners representing U.S. and foreign perspectives, explored international energy governance issues, regulatory law in the renewable energy sector, nuclear safety law and nuclear waste legal regimes post Fukushima.

Commissioner William C. Ostendorff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission delivered a keynote address.

This conference was presented by the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy.
