Abstract

IT is fitting that this Review should dedicate an issue to a man who is at his prime in a great career as Law Professor, rather than wait until all comments must be post mortem. It should not always be left for historians to distinguish the superlative. The D. Meade Feild I know would never permit an institutional convention such as "retirement for age" to end his career. It is heartening to learn that he will continue to preside over law classes after taking a change of venue from the Athens Division to the Macon Division of the Middle District of Georgia.
