Abstract
The editorial staff of the Georgia Law Review takes great pleasure in presenting Issue 1 of Volume III. Publishing a law review generates a variety of unanticipated organizational and processing problems which, in the initial stages, handicap any preplanned schedule for publication. The editors of the first two volumes, beset with these problems, have worked diligently in an attempt to fashion a well-oiled organization. Having benefitted from their efforts and experience, the editors of Volume III predict, perhaps too optimistically, that the Review will be published once again on its ordained schedule with the distribution of the 1969 Summer issue.
