Abstract
Entering its fourth year, the Georgia Law Review has begun to fulfill its promise. During the three, often tumultuous, years of its existence, previous editorial boards have laid the cornerstone and constructed the foundation of a magnificent literary edifice. They have built a "forum for any well-expressed, documented idea on law reform and encourage[d] the background research and critical appraisal so necessary to a product of value. It is in this area that a law review in large measure justifies its existence."' We now undertake this responsibility: to preserve the forum and, hopefully, to perfect it.
