Led by Harlan G. Cohen, the Gabriel M. Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law, and supported by the Dean Rusk International Law Center, the Spring 2017 International Law Colloquium is a three-credit course consisting of presentations of substantial works-in-progress on a variety of international law topics by prominent scholars from other law schools. As has been the case since the series began in 2006, students will read and write reaction papers on the scholars’ manuscripts, and then discuss the papers with the authors in class. Other Georgia Law and university faculty often join in these dialogues.
