UGA hosts special session of the Supreme Court of Georgia
Abstract
The School of Law was featured in The Daily Report for hosting the Supreme Court of Georgia’s oral arguments in a special session. The first article “Georgia Justices Urged to Revive Malpractice Suit Against Retired Barnes & Thornburg Atty” was written by Thomas Spigolon and published 2/5/25. The second article “Medical Student’s Error Takes Center Stage in High Court ‘Agency’ Dispute” was written by Cedra Mayfield and published 2/5/25.
