Director of the Criminal Defense Clinic Russell C. Gabriel was quoted on CNN.com regarding a Georgia State Rep.'s proposal to rename rape, stalking and domestic violence victims "accusers" during trial in an effort to reduce potential emotional bias in jury members. The article appeared on 2/7/11.
