Abstract
M. Margaret McKeown, senior judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, presented "Citizen Justice: The Environmental Legacy of William O. Douglas — Public Advocate and Conservation Champion" as the UGA School of Law's 2024 Edenfield Jurist in Residence.

On March 26, 2024 this lecture was presented to the public in the Hatton Lovejoy Courtroom at the University of Georgia School of Law. U.S. Court of Appeals Senior Judge M. Margaret McKeown presented on her book "Citizen Justice: The Environmental Legacy of William O. Douglas-Public Advocate and Conservation Champion." The first 15 attendees received a free autographed copy of the book. A reception and a book signing in the law school's Davenport Rotunda immediately followed the lecture. Copies of "Citizen Justice: The Environmental Legacy of William O. Douglas-Public Advocate and Conservation Champion" were also available for purchase.
