Congratulations to Margaret E. “Maggy” Randels (J.D.’14), who as a third-year student received an honorable mention in the American Bar Association’s James B. Boskey Law Student Essay Contest on Dispute Resolution for her essay titled “But We can Consent to that, Right?: The Constitutionality of Arbitration Under Article III Doctrine.”
