Taylor-Parker receives 2016 Autistic Scholars Fellowship

Abstract

Congratulations to second-year law student R. Larkin Taylor-Parker for being a recipient of a 2016 Autistic Scholars Fellowship. The fellowship, established by the Autistic Self Advocacy Network to provide four to six autistic college students with a $5,000 scholarship, recognizes students who are dedicated to advocating for disability rights, building the Autistic culture and community, and encouraging disability accessibility and inclusion on college campuses. Taylor-Parker has begun assembling an organization to promote disability culture, community and advocacy throughout UGA.
