Abstract

With a new president and executive department taking office, administrative law research will be very important this year. Navigating agencies and regulatory law can be intimidating for students and practitioners alike, and conveying this information can prove challenging for instructors. Do you find administrative law intimidating? Have you ever wondered—is there an agency for that? This session will demystify administrative legal research and reveal effective strategies for teaching and using administrative law materials.
