Abstract
George W. Ball was Undersecretary of State to Secretary of State Rusk.
Dedication ceremony of the Dean Rusk Center for International and Comparative Law (now the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy). The ceremony was also attended by Governor Georgia Busbee and Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson.
