Daily places second in 2018 Tannenwald Writing Competition

Congratulations to third-year student Robert Daily for placing second in the 2018 Tannenwald Writing Competition. He will receive a prize of $2,000. His paper titled "Betting On An Uncertain Future: The Tax Consequences Of Large Third-Party Litigation Financing" is on the taxation of litigation finance transactions. Daily also won the Donald C. Alexander Tax Law Writing Competition for the same paper.
