So You Wanna... Practice Mindfulness?
Abstract
With so much going on in the world, many of us are feeling burned out and exhausted. Can mindfulness be a tool to help us re-center? How is mindfulness different from meditation?
In this month's So You Wanna...? Series event, Savanna Nolan will sit down to discuss these questions with Mindfulness Caucus member and certified Koru Mindfulness teacher Heather Simmons. What is a mindfulness practice and how is it different from meditation? What steps can we take today to live more mindfully?
